File Embedding

Can anyone help me?
I'm trying to embed a music file that I have saved on my computer into my random thoughts section, but I can't seem to make it work. Is it possible? If so, how is it done?
Please! I need assistance!

You cannot embed music files directly onto your profile. If you have an account on soundcloud you can upload your music there and then embed that into your profile using soundcloud tags:

[soundcloud]link to song[/soundcloud]
