How to interpret jumps, hands, and quads
View them as one whole note, not two or three or four notes to press separately.

Pretty sure how you "interpret" or reqd things is mostly unconscious and reflexive
It would be difficult for someone to consciously decide to read jumps or hands as "one whole note" if they aren't familiar enough with them, just as it would be difficult for a more experienced player to NOT read them as a whole note
