I then played it and exclaimed "It totally is what I think it was, holy shit yes!" And I continued to play it and I was very-very much satisfied with the chart. |

Malicious: Suddenly 32nd rolls, rip in pieces. Really fun chart.

Re: Songs of the Week (March 9, 2014)
Malicious Fingers is more or less what I expected, aside from the 32nd roll and the 2(13)4(123) patterns at the end that are ridiculously easy to split.
Nice file overall tho!

Re: Songs of the Week (March 9, 2014)
Just had a chance to play Laplace, it was kinda disappointing.
95% excellent file: very nice jump patterns in the choruses, color theory worked really nicely, and the artcore drum solo part was very nicely done. 5% two frame one-handed minijack anchors which ruined it for me. Shame. If the patterns are going to stay, at least frame fix them? idk EDIT- ooh, lots of the same pattern in It's Over too. I enjoyed that file a lot more, it seems the file was all about doing the one-handed anchors, instead of just having them kinda added in as a massive difficulty spike. Not my favorite song but the file was impeccably layered and was fun, also to me it was quite different feeling than other files in that difficulty range, which I enjoyed. Reminded me a little bit of Great Battleship but more emphasis on 1-handed transitions (and no troll ending :P)

Wow, It's Over's jacks turn out way denser on FFR than on SM
