Crash Up Against The Inevitable [11 or 12]
The first day this came out I said on a few places that this definitely feels more like a 12, and for the most part people agreed with me. So now that it's been out for a while I thought it might be nice to see if we can get this song bumped up.
Of all the 11's in game, this one certainly must have the most jacks, and it has plenty of difficult bursts throughout the file; making it very easy to mess up a FC and especially an AAA. The only 11 with jacks that are comparable (that i can remember) are the ones in the beginning of Largiloquent Dithyramb. The beginning jacks in that file were tough enough to launch it up to an 11 even though most of the file plays as a 10 or 9. That really demonstrates the difficulty of jacks, and being that this particular song has so many of them, in addition to the bursts, and tricky transitions for nearly the entire song, the file should be moved up to a 12.

Re: Crash Up Against The Inevitable [11 or 12]
Just going off my personal scores, I get almost the exact same score on it as I do other low FGO's. So it makes sense to move it up from my standpoint.
If that isn't a legit enough reason for some of you FFRers then i'm sure someone else will go into great detail as to why I get that score, and others do too.

Re: Crash Up Against The Inevitable [11 or 12]
Honestly this file can go either way, though I feel that it's leaning a bit more towards being an 11. While there are plenty of bursts and jacks, they do flow surprisingly well, and there are lots of breaks to regain stamina throughout the file. It also just doesn't have the feel of a 12 to me.
In other words, I say 11, but an extra FGO AAA is also acceptable. :)

yeah this file feels so damn edgy, like has the 12 feel but the playability of an 11. Ill say stick with 11.

this song is so a 11.785 type of song, things don't get rounded up in this decimal system

Re: Crash Up Against The Inevitable [11 or 12]
I think it should remain an FMO. bmv's jacks and Big Blue's jacks are much more aggressive than Crash's jacks. In terms of bursts, they are a little more aggressive than October's but are relatively shorter. The bursts are probably most comparable to Dead and Direct's or Romance in the Club's bursts. Speed wise is tolerable since it's nothing compared to the current low FGOs in the game.

This file feels like an easier version of He's a Radical Rat to me. The patterns are friendly even if they may look scary at first. The speed in general is slower than the average FGO. High 11 at best imo.

Very tough decision in my eyes -- the speed of the bursts screams 11 to me, but the frequency/patterns of the bursts are another story. On a subjective level, this file was an absolute nightmare for me, and took me much longer than any other FMO to AAA -- on an objective level, the patterns are fairly tame in comparison to FGOs that carry their difficulty through bursting.
Going to say (REALLY) high FMO. |

My vote is low 12, but I could see it going either way. Some of the patterns are really awkward too.
