OK let me simplify this. The .swf files are difficult to distinguish which one is which. That is why you cant use them for most rounds. The FFR Beta does not support the appearance mods so that is why you cant use the beta with the exception of 2 rounds. Essentially this whole tournament is based on the use of different mods and the beta does not support a lot of them so we do not want people using the .swf files because we cant tell if you truly played the round's song the way we wanted it played.

The beta swf has the mute option on the results screen. The regular swf shows the mods

And you cant shop the mute buttons out? I know people will try to do it and we dont want people to ruin this for the ones who actually want to try this.

No, the Beta can be used so you can suffice your own personal settings. Reason is because 2 of the rounds are not technically appearance mods. Actually, there is 4 rounds, but we will deal with that later due to replay reasons.

Well thanks to hi_top crying, Magic man and I have talked and made a ruling. http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/ffrndanotherway.swf CAN be used BUT if you do use it then that must be what you use for the whole tourney. You cant magically change to the regular engine and expect us to not see the change and just blow it off.

Don't worry about Blink or sudden being used.

Ive tested it in multiple ways, in browser, refreshing, stand alone player etc....

And after some distance into a song it will begin to lag.

Sudden won't be used either.
