Probably still being figured out, he has to work out so that judges don't get shoved into a group with their files in it, and when it's unavoidable has to organize specific songs so that each group has the same amount of files to judge.

So far, I see two files with artists already featured on FFR.

And as far as I recall, songs with profanity in the title aren't allowed, and I don't think that has changed.

This site requires you to be 13+ to join anyway. I'm sure there isn't a single 13 year old out there that doesn't know what the word fu*k is.
It's kinda like the same concept as "why does Japan censor their porn"? No one truly knows, it's just retarded. Especially since they're a major producer for the world's fapping needs, oddly enough.
