Oh man these leblanc buffs will skyrocket my elo. The mimic buff shoulda existed already though, this will make juking and kills so much easier. Increased speed on sigil will make fizz easier to kill, same with vlad.

But the part that makes this hilarious, is the reduced cd on w. godspeed anyone who faces me in mid after this patch.

attn: i am 3 elo away from finally being below 1200s

time to shoot for the stars and get to 1300s :') i feel like i've gotten so much better because raising myself like 200 elo in two or three days always seemed impossible before. thank you quo queue for letting me play with 1400 elo friends

Proving Grounds ruined everything. It's nearly impossible to play a standard ARAM game anymore.
