Cutthroat (79 or 81)

Never really knew why this was rated 79. The colored bursts at ~200 are insanely hard to PA as well as the horrible transition at ~800. There are only 8 AAAs since March, a very small number. Cutthroat seems very out of place compared to the other 79's.
