What are your general attitudes towards sex?

I'm a believer in withholding from having sex until you're married. Not for religious reasons or anything like that, just my personal belief. I don't look down on others that go against this "moral code" of mine, however.

I believe it's not something you can have with someone just because you "think" you love them, to be perfectly honest.

It's different for everyone. If you think it's a big deal, it is. If you don't, it isn't. I think it's pretty much fine as long as both parties involved are on the same page.

As for me personally, I think it's fairly important and "special" but I won't be holding out until marriage.

I wish more people had a mindset like yours. Although I'm not one to wait for marriage, I'm not interested in casual sex. I believe, that if you love someone, and they love you, then sex before or after marriage is not a big issue. There is nothing wrong with showing affection in the form of sexual activity. I also believe that if one person in the partnership has morals and the other one doesn't that the relationship shouldn't end due to that.

Sex without being together, or having a partner, I feel is okay too. Just not in the same means as a relationship. I feel that if you are not together, as long as you are both okay with it, then it is okay to have some fun.

However, no one really knows when they're in love, or almost no one for that matter. How do they know if they're really in "love?" This is the problem I'm seeing.

I think it's pointless. I have too many things to worry about in life to be having sex, regardless of it's with someone I "love" or if it's just some random chick at a party.

But I won't ever have someone to share it with, therefore I probably will likely never have it. I'm not being a gloom cloud, I just honestly see myself living by myself with perhaps a dog or maybe a couple of rats...or maybe both. Anyhoo, I certainly don't see the fun in my vag being ripped apart the first time anyway or letting someone else see me naked. I have huge self-confidence issues and if I let you see my body then god help you.

It's not ripped apart I think people make it out to sound way worse than it really is for the 1st time as a girl. Probably to try to stop them from having it. And you know what I had huge self-confidence issues myself but when you're with someone you love and trust those issues just don't matter anymore.

Anyways, on topic. I don't really think sex should be a casual thing like going out to the bar and just sleeping with some random person you don't know. But I don't believe in the waiting till marriage thing either. And frankly I see nothing wrong with friends with benefits. If it's a friend you're close with and you're both single at the time why not? At least you aren't just sleeping with random strangers it's someone you know and trust and probably have some love for just not in a romantic way. I think people make a way bigger deal out of it then they should. It's completely natural and we all have the urges to do it. As long as you're not being an idiot what's the big deal? The whole being in love and marriage thing is us being programmed what to think. And I'm just rambling now lol but that's my 2 cents.
