edit: I got pretty good ****ing tips when I worked at a bowling alley hosting birthday parties. $20 is common and $40 if you're ****ing awesome towards the kids.

You get higher wages than I do. Where do you work? I doubt you work at a restaurant if you're not making any tips...unless you're a host but that varies also.

You know that tipping isn't mandatory, especially for bussers, and that whining about not making anything in tips makes it seem like you have a huge sense of entitlement, right?

Being said, that's rough. I lucked into my current job (transcription, $12.50/hr although the market standard is much higher), but I used to work a comission only sales job. Now THAT was rough. No joke, sometimes I made $30 a week. That was a GOOD week. On a bad week, I'd go home empty handed.
