Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
I had my G15 (First edition) keyboard for two or three years without anything happening to it. No coating rubbed off or anything.
Now I have a Razer Blackwidow. |

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
From that screenshot, prolly RT NM or NM numpad 1 and 2. i change my key setup whenever a key breaks, as long as my hands don't cross over each other it's fine
Also that keyboard is worth 6 dollars or so in US currency so it's bound to break lol. took like a year or so

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
My Microsoft 3000 has a 'D' key that sticks a bit but other than that nothing's wrong with it.
My Sidewinder X6 occasionally has problems with the left side of the keyboard not registering presses (a good smack fixes it when it happens). However, I bought it that way... that's what I get for buying a refurbished keyboard (but I got it for 50% off!).

I've broken tons of keyboards, none from actually playing FFR...

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
My tab key is hanging by a single hinge because the other hinges broke and my "1" key is a little sticky. Other than that, I'm fine.

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
None of my keys are broken from SM but I flicked my F12 key off (a bug was crawling on it so I destroyed the bug and my key)

My keyboard isn't noticeably breaking, but it's becoming non-responsive. My laptop keyboard is not working out very well at this point. |

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
My ESC key came off but I did it by rubbing my Laptop really fast...don't ask me why.

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
I remember my right arrow key popped off once during a game of Hyper Pressure, and that was actually my first foray into the left-down-8-6 setup I use today. It was just the cover that popped off (similar to AsphyxZero's F12), but everything else still works. It's just rather uncomfortable to press.
Nowadays my up and right arrow keys on this Dell are chipped at the edges and corners where I tended to hit them, and I think my left arrow is sticking a bit. |

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
My old Dell keyboard I've had for years still works PERFECTLY with no keys sticking at all or being unresponsive.
I've only had my laptop for about 2 months and what I've pretty much broken so far is: A S Q W Z X ; ' . / Enter and some numpad/function keys.

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
I wonder how many people are going to intentionally damage their keyboard just to post in this thread and get attention...

Never try playing bullshit edit on index. You'll have broken arrow keys.

At least the arrow keys are there for all the spread-playing-scenario-keys are gone.

Re: ITT: Post your broken keyboards
I've never broken any keys on any computer, however, on my old Dell Latitude D600 laptop, I played FFR so much, there were actually BURN MARKS from where my palms sat, the plastic there would get so incredibly hot that it began to melt/blacken.
