Default Another laptop problem...

This time, I have no idea as to what is causing this problem.

As you all know, I recently got another (another) another laptop.

I set my desktop to my favorite wallpaper and all. However...

Whenver I restart, the desktop comes out as the default background color. When I go to the display settings, it says that my desktop is set to my fav wallpaper, but my desktop stays blue. I try to change it to other wallpapers and it still stays blue.

The current solution is, I turn the wallpaper to None, and then put it back to my fav wallpaper. Then, it works. However, I don't want to go screw around with my display settings every single time I turn on my laptop... so anyone know how to fix this problem?

If it sounds confusing, I'll take ss.

This happens to one of my friends as well. I do not know how to fix it although he always runs his computer in a big resolution. It may have something to do with that?

You are using a bad background.
Move the image your using for your background into a specific and unmoving folder. Default it and restart. Also default your background colour as black.
