SHHH. Its partially mental, but Ive had noticeable skill boosts after a day of SM

Then I can start double checking placements and then drawing the brackets

Edit: I've had a good skill boost and I attribute it to the fact every 30 minutes i put blazing hot water on my hands as they get very cold.
