Default New Josh Groban cd

HA! I doubt there will be many people care what im going to say but ill say it anyway. Josh Groban came out with a new cd last tuesday titled "Awake". Now, i have it (and yes im a guy... =\) and i really enjoyed some of the new songs. It includes his previously released single "You are loved(Dont give up)" and a couple songs that had contributions from artists like Ladysmith Black Mamba, Romeo E Giulietta, and the famous Herbie Han****. Even though it is a great cd overall, i personally think that it is not quite as good compared to his previous albums when compared as a cd. Now if you get into specific songs, some of the new ones Heavily outway a couple of the old ones. It would be nice to hear someone elses take on it.

Also, i heard a rumor about him that said that he once beat his girlfriend, if anyone can shed some light on that, i would be interested to hear.

My mom's a self-admitted Grobanite. Hell, she's managed to become known as Lady Sally, Royal Chemist of Grobania on the Friends of Josh Groban forum. (She also sings in the choir of a nearby church, which I would imagine only adds to the experience of listening to him.)

As a guy, I find that the enjoyment of listening to Josh sing is a total brain exercise. The left hemisphere revels in trying to translate the lyrics as he goes along and the right half simply lays back and appreciates his incredible voice.

Well i guess i live totally in the right hemisphere of my brain then =P. No, but seriously, i really like the passion in the songs which i think comes from the trasitioning between the notes that he sings.
