Ok I will list all the skill tokens i don't know how to do or i don't where they are.
Single Digit Good on Gaussian Blur 3, Get 313 perfects, 0 goods, 0 averages, 299 misses, 0 boos on Destiny to unlock Destiny v2, Get more misses than averages and more boos than goods on K8107 while passing to unlock P8107. , Get more boos than misses than averages than goods than perfects on Party 4 U v2 to unlock Party 4 U v3. , Get 1100+ boos on Silence while still passing to unlock {Sunlight}, Get exactly 444 misses on Moonbeam with exactly 4 combo and under 440 perfects, and pass, to unlock LunaMarionette, Get an SDG (9 or less goods, 0 averages, 0 boos, FC) on Rondo Alla Turca and RAT v2 in a row (in that order) to unlock Sonata Quasi Una Fantasia(can't find just RATv2)

Gaussian Blur 3 - Secret Songs, I don't know how many credits you need, but you need a certain amount of credits
Destiny - Just use the Song List in the top left hand corner, you should see an S, click it
K8107 - 40,000 Credits Requirement to play it. Secret Song
Party 4u v2 - I think it's a purchased song
Silence - Purchased
Rondo Alla Turca V2 - Purchased, I think.

On Destiny (299 misses or w/e) I didn't screen cut, I just changed my keys for the top and right arrows, but still remained on the same set up I do. For example, my set up is G,H,K,L...but, for destiny, I changed K,L, to something like, R,T and then played with my original set up of GHKL, AAA'ing the song on the set up, but in reality, getting 299 misses due to the R,T being put as key configurators. :O
