yeah gains in cutting is like golf logic. losses are gains, basically. lol.
if you're in SF it means you'll probably be walking around a lot which adds a passive 100-150 calories burned per hour. you can probably go an extra 400-700 cals per day if you're doing a lot of walking and still make some fat loss gains. I managed to do that for SXSW in Austin |

walked 20 miles in three days and walked up and down several steep as fuck hills including lombard st which kicked my ass. my calves are sore as shit. i weighed myself this morning and i ended up not gaining anything which i feel like a win. tons of fun was had though definitely going to be going back

I was told that right now I'm dominating the leaderboard by a decent margin. Right now I weight 294.0 which means I broke 20 pounds since the 6th. Hello Maui here I come

Don't get me wrong I still like chicken its just I hate eating this chicken.
I feel good. I'm hardly ever hungry and I have energy. I'm never tired or anything.

so it turns out i was just dominating the competition locally(im at 9.3% lost and second place is at 3.5%) but im not in first place for every gym. first place is at 10.5% lost. this just means i have to go harder

I started running last week and purchased a weighted vest to simulate a higher BMR when running. So far 35lbs lost. Not in first place for the whole competition but I am waaay in the lead at my own gym
