Honestly, I agree with this. I really can't see a 24-person game working right now, no matter how interesting the roles are. Good luck finding 24 active players for this. There's a reason the games have never been this huge. =/

I'm not convinced we're magically going to have a perfect, active game just because it's a 24-person mystery. I'd love for that to happen, don't get me wrong, but realistically, this isn't a good idea, at least at the moment.

FFya has it's own TWG running. Trust me, we have a lot of players.

I'm sure that a lot of these people are quite inactive, or do not like the game. Also, I've been in 12 player TWG's that have failed due to inactivity, how will one twice it's size stand up?

Combined =/= 2n players.

Then get FFya to start playing in the real thing again. I'm kinda pissed off that they split off and started playing on their own, since it's taking away from our playerbase. Regardless, that's my opinion, and I'd love to be proven wrong on it.

Agreed. I understand that FFya wants to have a place to get away from the n00bs, but to host TWG's in there is just ridiculous. This elitism thing is going to tear most of the veterans and some of the mods off of the site entirely. They'll start a new community if they continue to get more privileges like this.

If someone would like to take a minute to edit my code in the other thread and post it here/re-post it there for me I think I might love you forever

P.S. I posted in the TWC thread, back me up, guys, I fear I may need it.

I'll vote for BDNs, just to see how things will turn out.

Meh, I really like mystery games. Lmao. BDN.

Mak, I will vote for your game next time.

Edit: Why, don't we just agree that if we can get the players to sign up, then we simply go over to the game that got the second most votes?

I agree with trav. We can always go to the next voted game, if we don't have the necessary players to support a 24 player game and it requires fewer players.

This is a really good idea, actually. Set a reasonable deadline, about a few days or so, for people to sign up. If we can't drum up enough people for it, we'd have more than enough for the next most popular game.

Sounds good to me.

(PS: This is also a vote)

I think you two need a time-out to reflect on the fact that theoretically anyway, you aren't actually eight years old and arguing in the playground.

Thank you so much for this support. I have started to draft the roles and stories, and I will try my absolute best not to disappoint you. I will hold signups for a few days. Everyone sign up and get others to do so as well. Come into this game with enthusiasm; get into the game and your role. Maybe then we can make this into something great.

If our efforts are not enough, we will go the next most popular game. It will leave me a bit disappointed, but I will find some comfort in the fact that you actually tried to make this game a reality.

I don't think there is currently a "next most popular choice." xD

Should we allow for first and second pick votes, or something along those lines?

Ohi signups are up. Only issue lies in what to call/number this TWG.

Yes, I think you guys should cast secondary votes in case mine fails. That better not happen though. *threatening glare*

My game got 2 votes, so I believe it's second most popular. Barely.
