Default *shrug* Kinda new, here.

Hey, everybody.

I'm Eriror, a 14 year-old male with a bizarre interest for pens. Most of this stuff you can see on the left side, of course. Oh well. I live in the Netherlands, and play this game thanks to someone I know from the internet (A pen-spinning forum, to be exact).

I think I'm at a... 'decent' level right now, but hey, I can always get better. I don't know if I'll be really active out here, because I don't have a big knowledge of... Anything? Oh well. Only time will tell.

Some of my hobbies are writing, drawing, reading, Pen-Spinning, and... Nothing much else. That was kinda all of it. Cya later. ^^;

A video of Pen-Spinning, as asked by FluorescentArmy:
The Apocalypse

Yeah, I tried to do pen spinning once, but I couldnt, there are no video tutorials out there.
And I also have tons of free time due to homeschooling, thats why I try to get in these kinds of things.

Thanks, all. ^_^ I've been Pen-Spinning since Aug 2005, and I do think it helps with FFR. I'm not sure though, as I don't really know the learning curve with it.

@ sjoecool1991/Redorigami/Pichu XP: See link in sig.

Pen Spinning looks pretty awesome. Where do you start on it though? I checked your sig link, but it looked pretty advanced.

*is thinking this topic is becoming a PS topic instead of introduction/welcoming topic*

Most people start with the 4 'fundamentals', ThumbAround, Sonic, FingerPass and Charge. After that, most people learn TA and Sonic Reverse, as FingerPass Reverse is what most people can do before they even heard about Pen-Spinning.

Technique? Yeah. A lot. You need to know how your fingers must move with every trick, the hand movement to make the Pen go around your thumb. It's all about technique. Don't let it scare you, though. The effort is worth it.

Thanks, emccky. ^_^

And Redorigami, you'll get better in time. It's just a lot of practice, sadly. Make sure you look a lot at the videos to understand the tricks.

Agreeing with everything emccky just said, and I just checked out the website and I was amazed at how serious you guys are. Modding your pens and everything... Kinda remind me of us FFR/SM players and our mods.
