I'm not an artist so from an inexperienced persons view: The neck seems fine to me. The left hand on the two fingers next to each other it's hard to tell that it's two fingers to me. Also the skirt might need to be a wee bit longer cause with the line you drew it looks like she has shorter legs than I think you intended. (If it's supposed to look that way then big opps on my part.)

ya..should make the legs longer / bigger. ;D ..fingers..its still on rough..so meh..will probably be fixed later..if i work on i tthat is

the length from the neck to the shoulder on the right arm is shorter than on the left arm

also are the legs crossed because if the lines wouldve kept going they would have crossed sooner than they should

I really like your drawing/coloring style.

As I am unable to find anything I would change in the finished version -- beautiful job m'dear.

From the direction in which the light is coming from, I would suggest there be some indication of shadow coming from her nose, otherwise it looks really flat. Speaking of, that space between her nose and mouth looks a bit much.
I think the foreshortening of the hands/arm could use a bit more work but it works. Coloring is great. Lovely shading.

ya..i was trying to make her head lift a bit, but ya.. looks like the nose could use a bit of contrast ;D

about the arms..i didn't use any ref. just seeing how far it would get me..with what i know, hmm but i don't think it'd be easy to find such specific ref anyway..will work moar ;D

btw..i wont fix drawings..i just learn and move on. ;D

The left ( her left ) shoulder doesn't seem right. I think its a bit lower than it should.

The right ( her right ) hand has two fingers that are 'fused' together, why is that?

if you have fairly skinny hand,
let your hands hang, and you will find ring finger and middle finger will tend to be closer, its because of how the tendons are, the tendons of middle finger and ring finger are sorta ..attached or..whatnot.
