I surprised last night to find out that my friends mom got me a gift. New bass strings yay. It was greatly appreciated esp since my bass is missing a string and the other three are old. My mom supposively got me some stuff or one thing the day after christmas what lol. Random much. Talk about surprise. I really thought I was going to get anything. I will see what it is later I guess and Post.

I was owned this year. I tore the gift wrap off of a RockBand2 box. I opened it up so i could set it up to play with friends online ASAP. But there weren't any instruments in the box. There was USED toilet paper inside and taped to the walls of the interior all over with a horrible aroma escaping the box. They used my sister's friend's box for the prank, which means I am RockBand2less for now.

But i did get a $50 Wal-Mart gift card, a Legend of Zelda T-Shirt, and Far Cry 2. That's about the size of it.

hmm, besides that party that was going all around the base in the private quarters, not much else. Oh a carton of eggnog (yum)

I guess that's our Christmas present from the higher-ups, though New Years is nothing but work with no celebration. Alcohol will be prohibited that day too, not that I could drink any though.

I just got the rest of my presents last night from my father and relatives on his side. I got a book on Plato, the Time's magazine announcing Obama as man of the year as the headline, and a check for 200 bucks from my father. I got 50 bucks from my uncle and another 25 from as a belated birthday present.

Last but not least my grandma gave me a card with 10 dollars inside, which is 5 dollars more than she usually gives me. Cha-ching.
