Needs more differentiation between stickies and regular topics.

I was up until about 5am working on this stuff and it is.. well.. 9:23am here now and I am back at it. I will go to great lengths to make it look like it used to or find a reasonable substiture. We really should create a single thread though to talk about this because it is getting time consuming trying to keep track of comments.

Nobody can send or receive messages.
Everybody's inbox/sentbox is full if they ever used this feature regularly.

Smilies aren't though. You should fix that they count towards the image limit as well.
