Yes, they're all legendary except ultraspeedvibe.

more like all apersons old files are **** and he somehow magically got a thousand times better when he started releasing these new thingies so he doesn't need a goddamn pack unless you make a pack of his 5 most recent files or something

you could also have taken out like 50 of my older sims (i haven't downloaded my pack but i'm assuming it's full of crap) since they're all pretty much crap
