lets stay on topic shall we?

packs need something that the community will actually play. Packs that are more likely to fail are those with specified themes. Unless those themes are really good aka vgmp series, it won't work out. Usually general packs with anything goes works better. I'm getting tired of seeing COB packs or HARDCORE GABBA SPEEDCORE RAPE MURDER XXX packs.

Question Re: Read this before making a simfile pack

You mentioned Glove as one of the best steppers in the world. I've become very curious about him. How long has he been stepping? How long does it take him to produce, say...... one of his DT files roughly? How old is he? Any link for some info? I love his stuff and naturally I'm curious as to how he attained his status.

Great thread BTW. Didn't mean to make an o/t post.

I'm just very curious since he's so successful. Also I'll probably just study his files and drop whatever style I presently feel is best and just adopt his the most accurately I can. Would you mind giving me a link to a few of his best files?

Seems like ZUN makes some good songs to step. Any suggestions from them that don't already have good files?

*edit* Oh ****. Wrong thread. Sorry .

As far as packs drowning each other out/ overshadowing each other?

Do you mean like how there is the odd person who submits everything that was done in, for example, a year into FFR in one day? =P By the way, I read this sticky and I'm feeling rather proud.
