no, one of his neighbors gave him 20 to shovel her drive tomorrow, he borrowed the shovel from a different neighbor and offered to shovel their drive free of charge in exchange for lending him the shovel.

Ummm no. She gave me 20 dollars to shovel her "frontyard" not the driveway.

I already got the 20 dollars last night, but I didn't do anything yet to earn it. I shoveled her "frontyard" this morning so now the debt is repaid.

My dad wasn't really angry about it but up to this day I still haven't forgotten my first time doing it.
