I recently began practicing Any% and 100% runs of the indie platformer "Jables's Adventure" with a dormmate. After two days, we discovered a known death-warp glitch that effectively skips 11 minutes of the game. A wrong warp upon death brings you to an area where game assumes you have all upgrades unlocked to be there in the first place. Our hard work eventually payed off, as tonight I got teh urn with a shocking time of 2:10.58 (previous WR was 2:38 held by rocmox <- seriously, click it).

Holy hell, there is a lot of vibrating in this game. As there appears to be a hard limit of 10 inputs/second for both firing the gun and clearing dialogue boxes, I honestly have no idea what could be done to improve this time other than blind luck.

The 100% run of Jabbles's Adventure showcases much more content, with a run-time of about 12 minutes, including enough entertainment potential to host a livestream. My dormmate and I might even set up some friendly races on SRL. Stay tuned~

Improved my THPS any% run 7 seconds. I've improved retarded amounts in the last 2 days and I'm looking to shave off another 10+ seconds. Sub 5 = quit forever

I've always been a THPS fan so watching that was petty fun. Congrats on beating your previous WR.

Taking a break from SM64 and starting to work on Super Mario Bros warpless.
I like it a lot better than SM64 actually... Has a better feel to it. I was thinking about attempting lost worlds but I can't even complete 50% of those levels, lol.

I would post my records on a minesweeper game, but there's a rather suggestive picture in the background. (The idea being that you clear the level to uncover the next picture in the set, tile by tile.)

I suppose that's what I get for playing a minesweeper game posted on the Simple House gallery page.

Randomly got back into Super Metroid any% and cut ~4 mins off my old PB getting 1:00:36.60 (0:44 in-game time). Wanted to cut the hour really bad but I'm going to need to learn how to do boss fights properly for that or avoid getting lower norfair E-tank because it was a pretty solid run for me with no big mistakes U_U

probably no surprise coming from me but holy god the SM race is going to be insane and i have no idea what krauser looks like (???). got golden and sini commentating again but more of the super metroid crew is goin this year. Honestly there's a platoon i just wish i could have made it. :'( anyway zoast ivan and krauser have the top 3 any% times and gari is right up there with them in skill i'd say so it's really anyone's race. I imagine they will be going all out like they would on a regular SRL race also so there are so many risk factors. Another cool thing is that SM is on Friday night, at ~the same time we've been hosting any% SM races on SRL for over a year now. 2 Cool.

Aside from kreygasming over SM like i always do though this is probably my favorite GDQ schedule so far. Can't really list every single game i'm looking forward to this is gonna be awesome.
