Lagging
When there are more than 4 arrows on the screen, it slows down and it is all buggy, and one more thing, I only get perfect when I'm a little under the arrow mark.

Setting up a standalone version of FFR should fix things.

Yeah, standalone is what fixed it for me. If it lags, try all the versions of flash. I find that Flash 9 works the best, but we dont have the same computer, so, you know =P. Also see if one of the two standalone links works better than the other.
