i give up at 5 haha yea its pathetic but i have no clue what the hell to do with the piece of this that i have, iv even tried decoding diffrent ways and get nothing

Hints for 10, I know it has to do with the username/pw and title. Other than that, when I go "one key over" I get nothing.

This is a pretty good hint in general.

I still don't understand where you get the message in 5. I see that the border is different, but it does me no good. I don't see anything that looks anything like any type of code but a bar code. I've been staring at it for over 20 literal minutes. I just see lines. =(
