So, did any of you -not- like your gifts?
Yeaaaaaah. Haha, I know it's a gift and all, but are there some things that just sucked or you didn't quite want?
Apparently, my family doesn't know anything about style. Or at least not mine. I got clothes that 1) look like ones that I already have 2) a G-unit hoodie (wtf? i hate rap) and a 3) shirt that just looks bad. What sucks even more are the stores that don't accept returns.. oh, and also it might be rude to say that you don't like the clothes </3 Everything else was good though. What about you?

I wasn't too bothered, this year is about my nephew (2 years old) and niece (1 year old) who are getting all the attention.
I just care about the food. I have gotten horrible presents in the past though. |

I basically got everything I specifically asked for (except a puppy and a horse which I ask for every year), so I can't really complain. Oh well, there's always next year and your birthday.

My parents gave up trying to buy us a Wii, so they got a boatload of really small things instead. Then my mom's store director managed to hold onto one for us, so we ended up getting one.
Two christmases worth of gifts for me Oh and I got $150

A crappy book that I didn't ask for, as opposed to not getting me the book I specifically asked for. Poker set that I specifically asked not to get. A game I already have.

I was bought a watch last year, I lost it after about 2 months.
I found it about a month ago. It's like owning a new watch...again. |

Re: So, did any of you -not- like your gifts?
Unlike me. I'm dirt poor.
Uh yeah, so, I asked my parents for a new webcam cause mine got destroyed a while back, literally a couple of months before I joined FFR I guess in late 2004.. And uh, yeah. I didn't get one. Their excuse? It costs too much. Even after I told them about a cheap $22 one at Wal Mart. Thanks, mom and dad. |

Re: So, did any of you -not- like your gifts?
My dad gave me $600. I'm not complaining, but it would have been nice if he could think of something to buy me with the money instead of just giving me money.
He did apologise for it, but i was still kinda bummed because i thought really hard about presents this year and put a lot of work into getting people stuff i thought they would really like. Oh well, i'm still going to get myself something wicked with the money so not so bad =P.

I was happy with my gifts. Also Nyokou, I am going to feel your pain in about 4 months. Our family is going to be going through some money issues, and that sucks. Merry Christmas!

Re: So, did any of you -not- like your gifts?
I never really post on here but what the heck.
I can't complain too much, I got my Wii and a Zune but my cheap relatives all (like 6 aunts) pitched in to buy me crappy Pathmark brand volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Not that any of you know me, but my hair has PLENTY of volume without any products! I don't need that crap to rock my 'fro. |
