permission basis: he made the song for me about me and it's been a Stepmania treasure for ages

Seems like it would come down to a judgement call by jx/bmah. Wouldn't hurt to see if you could still track him down and ask though.

I actually stepped it for FFR because I thought we had permission, then I learned we didn't.

I've been holding on to it for a while now. Was going to use my chart in a custom tournament or something idk
