I can't believe that I, Overlord Zetta, am doing this, but I am having trouble obtaining tokens. I need help getting them...Man, that sent shivers down my spine just thinking about when you all will read this...My popularity will plummet!!! This is bad for business...

Depends on what tokens you're talking about.
If they're site tokens, the information to obtain them directly isn't to be talked of on the forums, or anywhere on the site of that matter.
But there are posts on each of the site tokens as to how you can find them if you can figure out the clues; Site Tokens
As for skill tokens, the qualifications to get each skill token can be found here; Skill Tokens

You obviously located it but didn't FIND it. The key is in black and white all over the section about tokens. If you found a token and it didn't activate then you need to talk to Tasselfoot, Supreme Overlord.
