Default BPM anaylzer help

ok, i think my mixmeister has gone wrong, it keeps giving me wrong BPMs. So far i've tried to step five songs and only two have i ever got a correct BPM for them...

I need help getting the BPM for this song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3UZeHM2yZg
(it can be downloaded from gendou, or i can send it to you, whatever you want)

So far i've tried mixmeister and got two BPMs from it --> 91.02 and 182.04
and i've tried BPM ProScan --> 121.23 and 181.65
I've tried all these BPMs in SM and none of them work (i know this because the arrows go all weird) So please im begging anyone, please find the correct BPM for these and/or reccomend a diecent BPM calculator

PS: i'm really bad at doing BPMs via assist tick ;.;

It's probably 182, just make sure you have the gap right.

'the arrows go all weird'? If you have assist tick on, do the claps end up lagging behind the notes or coming ahead of it?

I got 181 bpm as an estimate, btw. I can see why a bpm finding program might screw up on it since it has two parts where it puts in a fractional measure.

What i mean by weird is the notes go red yellow blue then yellow then totally off ie it goes onto purple notes (sorry im not using proper terminology because i cant remember it off the top of my head at the moment :/)

Also, what do you mean by fractional measure? and how might i work around it??

Oh and thanks for getting me the BPM ^^

By fractional measures I mean it doesn't conform perfectly to a 1 measure = 4 beats thing due to two sections. Don't worry about it, it just means that BPM finding software has trouble with it.

I know that it's going offbeat, but in which direction is it going offbeat? If you keep stepping as 16ths does the music start coming before the notes or after it? Turn assist tick on if it helps. (don't ever move your notes onto a different set of colours because you're going offsync unless it's to test which way it's going offsync, you'll smack yourself when you find the right bpm and have to fix it)

If you want my advice on fixing a bpm that's wrong, put down a note where there should be a beat and then, on rate 0.3x with assist tick on, find the exact note where that beat actually plays.
Once you have it exactly, look in the upper right corner to see what timestamp (second) it's on: type it up into a notepad document.
Now, go to where the beat should be, note what timestamp it does have.
Now, go to the start of the song and change the bpm in chunks and keep checking back until you have the timestamp for the beat equal to the timestamp of the actual sound, and then your bpm should be accurate.

Ok, when i get a note on sync e.g. the first note in the simfile, i get maby the first 2-3 notes correct then they begin to fall behind the music.

Ill have a go at the notepad thing but it sound quite difficult ^^ but thank you
