TWG CXXV - C18++ signups

Let's double our normal C9++ actually.

Now with 50% less serial killers!

this setup is being tested by bdn, but let's try it out i think

general overview - literally run c9++ generation twice, once for the mafia faction, once for the werewuff faction.

Town power roles will only be effective towards one or the other faction
town can get up to 2 power roles at once per person! wow! incredible!

no serial killer! oh boy bak choy!!11!

any questions should be asked now. so we don't run into jams during the game

jam actually sucks, idk why people put it on anything

I think that was a good meta. It was a seed that has blossomed into a meta tree we should all look upon it as a new tactic like sleeping in f4.

town wins in the usual way; killing all anti-town roles (wolves and mafia in this case.)

Mafia wins by killing all the wolves and achieving parity with town, wolves win by killing the mafia and achieving parity with town.
