From my very limited rhythm game experience, I would have to go with a tie between FFR and Stepmania. I enjoy both immensely, though I'm just starting out.

i don't know - i tried technika on Android and because all sounds lag around 210ms on any android device it was unplayable. You can also hear it in the video above..

I'm not sure if this will ever be addressed by Google.
It is so sad because it kills most of the rhythm games for android

(well except the ones that took special care to make a workaround)
