Quick Review - In The Groove : PC
Hey guys, I'm kinda bored so I'll just do a quick review ^^. (Even though most of you have already played it..)
IN THE GROOVE - [ITG] In The Groove is a dance game featured on consoles such as PS2 and PC, and it's also an Arcade game! ITG features songs such as Hardcore Of The North, July, VerTex (VerTex made it's debut on ITG), Disconnected and Tension. Although it starts off rather easy at the beginning, further on you unlock new songs and new course mods. And also expert steps for some songs too. ITG is a game that is noob-friendly but at the same time can be rather taxing even for proffesionals (see july expert/vertex) I don't know why, but ITG just feels really nice and sleek. The design and the songs are amazing, and the multiplayerability (lol) is awesome. There are lots of modes such as marathon,battle,double,2 player etc And mods like : c300 C450, x1~6, no holds no mines, add mines, and loads more. I would suggest starters-above average players give this a try. But even experts like it. I give it a 10/10. One of the best dance games on PC. And no, it isn't the same getting as stepmania, importing the songs and playing them. Trust me on that. Well worth buying, so go get it now! http://inthegroove.com/ (master unlock code, unlocks all the songs , steps and mods) Left Down Up Down Right Down Up Down Left Up Down Up Right Up Down Up (enter on main menu) Well Worth Buying (As I said earlier) So what are you waiting for, GO TORRENT IT! I hope you liked my review

Lol I thought we all got this ages ago.
I have the r9 custom version, which is basically a better SM4. |

Yeah but I made this so people who haven't heard of it can download it, and then move on to stepmania, which is kind of advanced. "Put song in folder, put background in folder, etc" (for tards)
btw your avvy is from that david blaine sketch lmao I watched that too. And if you want to know how to get Vertex BETA vROFL pm me~.

ITG PC is the same as getting Stepmania and putting the songs/theme on.
It's literally just Stepmania on a disc. |

Yeah I guess you could download stepmania and do it that way. But it's too much work. Some skins might not work, you might not be able to find the stepfiles. Bleh. Just download ITG. Torrents = Free. (Utorrent is LEGAL.) It's basically an Alt to SM.
torrents ftw.

Also it's only hard to find ITG themes and songpacks if you're lazy or stupid. |

If you have a shitty connection, torrents won't make it any better.

Re: Quick Review - In The Groove : PC
I liked this game a lot.
For anyone who has picked up this game, there is a patch available. The R2 patch fixes certain issues with the disc-released version of the game. http://stepmania.naota3k.com/index.p...h-r2_packa.exe Last edited by Plaguefox; 02-25-2008 at 08:44 PM.. Reason: Actual information. |
