I would only in if all three of these are the case
a) Doctors and Jailkeepers cannot target the same player 2 nights in a row
b) Phases revolve around 10:00 PM Server Time
c) Wolves get daychat

i guess the other option would be to move the serial killer roles down a slot so it's only existent on even T roles

I was thinking about why the serial killer belongs on even T roles, and I think its to """"balance"""" the extra nightkill (on average) with an additional town role that can hopefully prevent that nightkill sometimes maybe possibly but probably not
