I haven't posted here in a while mainly because I haven't made any progress. I tried to improve my bench 1RM to 285, but failed =(

I tried one rep of 165lbs squat and it worked so it's an improvement

Recently I've been trying to look nice for myself, yet I still feel like I haven't reached that yet. However this is major progress in regards to how I have always been a scrawny kid until about 3 years ago. This was taken last month.

Yay, progress. I hadn't hit a real PR in over a year and it feels great to do so. I managed to improve my squat from 325 to 335 and upped my 8 rep max on bench from 220/225 to 230.
