Default Paranoia 270 heavy, 290 Oni help!!!

OK this is the problem. I could beat max 300 on heavy no problem, the legend of maxx, maxx unlimited, max 300 super me mix challenge also no problem, all on foot. But I have trouble beating paranoia survivor 270 on heavy and paranoia survivor 290 challenge. It's the last part of both of the songs where it's non stop arrows. Even though the last part of max 300 super me mix is constant arrows, I find that these arrows are easy but not the last herd of arrows on the paranoia's. It's like I have to hit 2 arrows with the same foot, yeah I play ddr on foot pretty weird or orthodox. Any songs where I could practice stepping the right way so I could get used to it. I know Afronova is one of them and can't stop falling in love speed mix is another song.

Just songs with double taps would be good practice, I get (From reading your post, that seems to be the only problem you're having): Healing Vision (Angelic Mix), end of Red Zone, A (Challenge) all come to mind at the moment to help a bit.

Yeah for healing vision being only 200bpm I find that ok for the way I play. But yeah I'll look into those other songs you mentioned.

Learn to recognize crossovers.

There are actually NO double stepping within the last stream if you crossover correctly.

Watch people playing the song on Youtube to see where they do so, and look at the charts itself. Once you get that downpat it should be easy enough.

yeah I found out that I doublestep crossover's. I'm really used to it so I gotta practice crossover's so I could get used to that. I'm so used to double stepping that I even have trouble on the keyboard but it's more easier there hehe.

My only tip: DON'T DOUBLESTEP.

Actually, a better tip is find an ITG machine/get ITGPS2 (mad cheap these days). There are some good crossover practice songs like On A Day Like Today.

Even though there are a lot of quality simfiles out in ITG world with crossovers like Rainbow Tylenol, you'll find that as you go up in the difficulty ladder that not a lot of people like to turn in order to conserve energy. This may be a slight problem when approaching psmo but it can be quickly alleviated with practice.

you realize its not called "270" and "290" right? That those are the artists right?

i cant fathom why people cannot grasp that. its pretty sad.

I never said it was called that. You could of said, "you realize it's not called "Heavy", right?, as I included the word heavy in the thread title but you ignored that because you already knew what I meant, such as some people would know what Paranoia song I was talking about when I include 270 or 290. I don't get why some people want things spelled out purely perfect. If this helps out, this is what you wanted me to say: I need help on the song Paranoia by 270 and by 290 on the difficulty level Heavy and also the difficulty level challenge on the song Paranoia by 290.

lol @ lobster, I really hope he's just trolling and not serious
Besides, most artists' names aren't just a number, it wouldn't be that bad of a mistake anyways

Another fun one for crossovers (and gallops!) is Rhythm and Police (K.O.G.G.3 Mix), though I can't remember which versions that ones on...

And yeah, try your best to not double-step crossovers... unless the song is Healing Vision ~angelic mix~ in which case they're all double-steps lol
