We currently have Dish Network, and my mom wants me to ask what some other people think about DirecTV. There's a 2-year commitment so we want to be sure about whether it's a good idea or not.

Ehh, like all satellite, if the sky sucks, the tv sucks. There's a lot of channels with nothing to watch, and some things aren't easy to find. I don't really know what a noticeable difference from Dish network would be.
