Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #7
It's a glitch that FFR has always had, if the level ID is numbers it puts it 6 frames off. The newest engine (with the score saving) has this issue fixed. But we don't have it fixed with the legacy yet It is actually, there was some report on it I saw like last week I think. Sucks x.x I think I picked it up taking Saphira to her checkup yesterday x.x Thanks for the well wishes <3 |

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #7
I haven't been on my laptop in about 4 days, probably should have submitted a score anyway for round 1. But it's ok...i won't be playing anymore rounds though, I'm calling out on this tournament.
Good luck everyone.

The Vast White Note
|
Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #7
Thanks for the nice comments on REVOLT everyone.
I actually intended to step it like a 7/8, so... yes, burst leavings were intentional. Any bursts in had to flow or else they'd feel like a diff. spike! Jesse: I'll explain the color gimmicks. I originally intended to step this song for the pad, with BPM tricks. Most of the cyan notes signify where those tricks used to be, except for the cyan/CPC pattern at the end that follows the high 'doooooo' sounds at the end. They tend to signify freeze-patterns. White notes are where I substituted hands. They're not all that clever or manipulative, but it's a simple spice that keeps the file from being totally generic and stale. Plus, they're not abused so I get away with it. :3

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #7
This was annoying because of the length.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #7
Lol, the trills arn't that bad if you know the trick to them. In some of the earlier posts, it describes hitting those trills as jumps. I used that method, and it worked out well for me.
