With HD you just have to play a lot and get used to it, no other way to train really ;w;
For DT, experiment with BPM's, what would be a good base BPM to add DT to without it becoming too hard etc. then add speed little by little and work up your speed and control that way.

EDIT: I'll add suggestions for maps when i'm not on my lappy anymore.

Eh I meant HR and not HD ;_; But I figured out HD... it's a bit hard but sliders are easy for me now.

What rate does DT increase by? Like 1.5?

I play with mouse and keyboard. Believe it or not I'm actually much worse at using a tablet for osu. Even though mouse players seem to be the minority, it all comes down to preference.

also should mention that every tablet player here except me hovers their pen over the tablet and clicks using Z/X or whatever key combination they have set exclusively.

I'm only different as a tablet player because I literally tap with my pen and use Z/X for 16th streams and stuff I can't do normally tapping, lol. but I guess it goes to show that there is no single "correct" way of playing and nobody should tell you otherwise how good you can get with any medium, be it mouse, tablet, touchscreen, etc. play whatever method you feel comfortable with pretty much.

I remember back when I started playing, everyone and their dog was telling me to stop tapping with my pen and hover using Z/X only—I couldn't care less what anybody told me and just kept playing the way I was most comfortable with, lol. albeit my improvement rate was slow, I managed to get pretty damn good at playing the way I do, rofl (re: ascension to heaven FC, HD 99%+ on streamy songs, near FC'ing jumpy maps, etc.)

I drag my pen on my tablet. I also use L/P since I'm left handed and play with pen in left xd

FC'ed this out of freaking nowhere haha. Those sliders at the end would always cause me to slip. (LOL at bad accuracy though Dx)


Every time I play this, I think, "I think I can fc this!". But then the ending comes. Fun map though


I wonder if I'll pass this with no mod first or if I'll fc with relax first...
