Bioshock: Infinite (For those who've beaten it only!)
That was an utterly amazing ending! So many things are recontextualized. That thing near the start of the game with the coin that never seemed to hit tails? A prime example of how a fair coin can indeed hit a long streak with very low probability -- and yet with multiversing you can ensure it happens
I'm still trying to piece it all together. edit: I can't spell worth shit so late Last edited by Reincarnate; 03-30-2013 at 03:53 AM.. |

Very deep and thought-out game; something i noticed is that in either of the dimensions you go to, whenever elizabeth finds you money, you catch the coin she throws you heads up in one, and tails up in the other. Any of the Lutece scenes are definitely worth looking at again as well.

Haha, never noticed that!
Did anyone else predict the ending at all? I suspected early on that Elizabeth was DeWitt's daughter (from the moment when she asked about his wife who died giving birth), but it took me a lot longer to make the Comstock/DeWitt connection. At first I figured he was just some dude who had access to time travel shit (hence his ability to be a prophet) -- and so it didn't click for me until the end when Elizabeth said, "We have to kill him before he is born" or something -- it immediately screamed "Grandfather Paradox" to me and thus the rest became clear. |

Re: Bioshock: Infinite (For those who've beaten it only!)
bumpin this shit cause i finally got around to playing this and its worth a post
10/10 from me my only gripe is you had to play through the second half of the game with elizabeth's hair cut short predicted the booker/dewitt aspect of the ending while clearing the asylum mostly based on mulling about how I would plot out the ending were I writing it, but the whole daughter thing flew over my head pretty much until the ending sequence definitely the best game i've played since probably dragon age origins |

another bump because i just played through this game. You guys are way smarter than me though, I predicted none of that crazy shit, and even had to give this a read to get everything. http://www.computerandvideogames.com...ing-explained/
