S D kp8 and kp6. Middle and rings. I think I'm the only player who still plays with middle and rings.

Funny I used to use num2 and num6 the same way as you =p
Does that mean up and down are reversed for you as well as opposed to say..askl being 1234? If you know what I mean of course O.o

Anyway I now use

s x -mid index// (dash on numpad) and num2- middle and index

Nope, I use my right ring finger, and I can't go without it!

Up until very recently, I played entirely with the arrow keys (not the numpad ones). My setup is this:

left arrow: left middle finger
down arrow: left index finger
up arrow: right middle finger
right arrow: right ring finger

I play on my laptop more often now, and the arrow keys are too small, so I have to use spread instead. Even with spread, I use my right ring finger. It works pretty well for me.

Left hand
Middle finger - Z
Index finger - X

Right Hand
number pad
