Oh hi *chat crashes*

We've been experiencing rather unflattering problems in profile chat that are causing error messages to pop up on the screen. In fact, it will freeze up the whole browser just to tell you the chat is screwed up. And it's also crashed my browser at least once, if not twice.

Any idea what's going on?

EDIT: Chat appears to be stable right now, but I just simply don't trust it. Also, me and Ferret found ourselves having all powers in the chat, possibly because of an incorrect load? Only difference was the chat was empty. And then it crashed.

So, someone might want to look into it, but yeah. Chat seems to be working fine, once more.
