Default Crimson Flood [66 or 61]

so hopefully this thread will actually get attention from the mods since it's a >60 song. anyway i would have hoped that my first ever 66+ sdg would be a bit less... anticlimactic... than this. it was pretty much sightread, and the d3 scoreboard after a single day suggests that it isn't too much harder than rounds 4 and 5. for instance, 3rd place in round 4 was 3-0-0-1, and in round 5 was 2-0-0-1, and now it's 3, after just one day and two people still to submit. most probably, whoever playtested this wasn't subjected to strong enough electric shocks by the ffr difficulty moderation staff. i think they might need to recalibrate their voltmeters.

the song is 1053 arrows long. its defining features are that it's full of mid-speed dense jumpstream at mostly constant bpm but with some rubato. (rubato is the classical music term for when you have a nonconstant tempo for extra atmosphere or something, i've never seen the word used on ffr, but whatever.) in this respect the first 400 arrows are zzz. then there's a weird sort of polyrhythm that appears twice here in the middle of slightly denser jumpstream:

then there's a break and the defining feature of the last section is this:

i.e. in the middle of the jumpstream you have these sort of spread-chord thingies (i forget what you call those in ffr, like bursts or something?) and at the end you have slightly scary colourful stuff at ~840 combo and a few other places but you just hit them as jumps, no big deal.

let's compare this to sonata pathetique mov. i (63). it's a classical music song with a lot of medium-speed jumpstream and a lot of rubato. it's the same nps, 17, as crimson flood. if you play it, there's clearly a lot more rubato in it than crimson flood, especially at the start. (and rightly so, it's beethoven.) there are a lot of silly colour grace notes in it as well - example: like everywhere in the first 350 arrows. then in the middle you have a similar pattern as i was talking about above with the spread chords:

like not just here, but everywhere around this sort of section. they're slower, but there are more of them. then at the end you have more dense jumpstream with silly colour notes in it, as well as trills.

let's also compare this to revolutionary etude v2 (60). again this is another classical music song full of medium-speed stream and jumpstream and a decent amount of rubato. only 14 nps but it's highly consistent and there's considerably more of it - 1485 arrows with pretty much no breaks at all, compared to 1053 with a lot of nap time. then in the second half, you get weird coloured polyrhythms mixed with rubato like in here, and in a few other spots as well:

and i find these pretty hard to hit exactly, harder than the ones in crimson flood.

there's nothing in here that i think stands out greatly over both of these two songs, and i feel like it doesn't compare to the jumpstream speed and density of something like rough (65) or colourful course (66). so i'm going to put it in the middle of the two classical songs i described, so 61 or 62. any thoughts?
