Ok, what is the problem with me?

I'm trying to get better at this game. I've been playing for about roughly two months...and i still suck.

Any methods for me to get better?

Speed: 1.5x

I play spread: SDKL or ZX./

any suggestions?

typically people still suck a bit after 2 months rofl, but exactly how good are you? best FC/near FC, best AAA/near AAA?
try 1.75x as your speedmod for a bit

Play 7 to 9 songs at 2.0x. Target for AAAs. Either that, or play Stepmania to train accuracy.

Just keep playing. 2 months starting off feels like forever, but it does take time if you're not used to reading arrows.
My first two months were absolute hell... You're lucky to be able to start with speed mods, though. No speed mods and avmisses sucked balls when I started. =/

Well can you guys look at what I'm playing?
I mean...I'm not horrible I don't think, but I still need some help.
I can't quite read 1.75x yet..I've tried.

To be honest I didn't use the speed mods for awhile and I'd say I was decent, it wasn't but a few months ago I started playing 1.5x and my FC's jumped from 100 to 400+

Smoke weed. Play Stepmania. Play harder songs then your used to.

play the hardest songs you can without mashing

play the hardest songs you can FC without mashing

don't worry about PA too much until you can combo. once you can keep a combo on harder stuff, PAing easy stuff will be cake, then you can continue working your way up.

I sucked for the first year.
I found that taking 2-3 day break after every month helped.
And you will learn to read speed mods after a little practice
EX: I played 10's on 1.5x, went to 1.75 and played 9's till I got used to it, then moved up from there.

Just keep playing. Some people are weird and get skill boosts fairly often for some reason, sadly I'm not really one of them. (Every few months I only get a bit better)

I've played for about 3-4 years now, and just at the beginning of the summer finally AA'd Scarhand in Stepmania, and SDG'd EHHS here on FFR a couple of months before that.

It all depends on how much you practice; too little doesn't help you improve, but I believe too much playing just hurts your wrist/fingers and prevents you from becoming better.

Yeah try 1.75x for awhile. When I switched from 1.5 to 1.75 my PA increased greatly!
