I just want there to stop being a list of songs, and instead make all songs that are the same difficult, unlock Oni.

Understandable, and the best way to go about that would NOT be 70+ just because their are so many songs that range from 66-69 that suit unlocking Oni despite them being Expert.

In which case I should have like 10 Oni's herp.

Plus anyways, keeping a list creates mindblocks and puts pressure on someone. I mindblocked at least one section of every Oni song. Old list included.

Exactly. I think people are comparing the "master" difficulty to the "for masters only" difficulty of the past. The FMO difficulty of the past had songs from 66 or higher in today's 100 difficulty system, therefore Oni's requirements should follow suit.

Also, VB is a 63 and SC is a 65, meaning they are slightly short of being an old FMO regardless.

AAA'ing any FMO (old system) should unlock oni. So I'd say any song that's between the difficulty of 66-75/76 or so. It's a good range considering some people might actually get their first FMO in the higher range if they are good at the particular patterns in that song (I wouldn't be surprised if I unlocked oni from October for example.) Also, nice post OWA, couldn't agree more.

I forgot to mention, the difficulty of the oni unlocks should be 66-75 with the exception of Club because we all know that's really an FGO and AIM Anthem because we all know that's really an FSO (seriously, my best score on rave7 usually crushes an average run on AIM.) Seriously though, I don't know how people can do those, kudos to those that are able to do aids like that.

While you're at it, I'd love St.Scarhand to be unlockable by AAAing FGOs instead of only Reality.

Just a suggestion of course.

ps: Agree with 66+ unlocking. 65s shouldn't unlock.
