it's not cool. it's really not. but I absolutely do not see the paradigm shifting enough to where wolves (or humans) can say NO, I AINT GIVING YOU JACK SHIT and not get lynched for it. hopefully I'm wrong? but, just from the way I see it personally, a rule change makes more sense here. |

if you can think that far ahead then why would you lynch me to begin with?
because I broke the rules? that sounds petty. |

like, I literally MAY NOT HAVE IT so you're going to kill me because I actually don't have a log? Oh, sounds like you're killing me not because I'm a wolf but because I'm not following through your rule. The two don't correlate ever.

:/ sounds so lame, but that's just the way I see it. I'll stop posting in this thread because I've already stated my opinion. I'm definitely down to discuss this more on AIM/skype/mumble/whatever anytime. |

faking convos goes a long way in trying to be human.

you do what you need to do, no point in building walls. If someone parries your lunge you should be able to riposte

Re: Rules on aim/skype/outside chat logs in-game
Faking logs is something I often do, although "faking" isn't the right word.
More like holding real conversations with wolf partners, as if we were just two players talking. But yeah, I think that this should be narrowed down to "post screenshots of logs", or similar. Anything about logs that goes beyond mere text copy-paste should be forbidden.

Re: Rules on aim/skype/outside chat logs in-game
I'm actually fine with not forbidding screenshot convo's.
That was something I should've thought of when Netjet died, and especially when I saw logs being collected, but I didn't act on it because I didn't think someone would actually ask for a screenshot. While it's a cheap way to win, if you successfully fake a screenshot and a convo, it'll do the exact opposite of losing. It'll actually make you more likely to be human. Just my thoughts on it. Still mad at myself. |

Re: Rules on aim/skype/outside chat logs in-game
although I did have it wrong.
You riposte after you parry. So basically, if someone lunges at you you should be able to parry and riposte. An AIM screenshot isn't the END ALL BE ALL of human strategy that wins every time. That is a lie and your complacency only allows it to exist. But banning it isn't a solution. It's a limitation. Why are humans complaining about catching wolves??? |

because not all of us have the football coach ideology of "WINNING IS THE ONLY THING." Some of us want to see a good game.

Re: Rules on aim/skype/outside chat logs in-game
thesunfan has a point there, to be honest.
I'll point that requesting screenshots of the logs is...yeah, kinda a cheap move. I'd support a re-roll of the game.

Re: Rules on aim/skype/outside chat logs in-game
First time I have done this, but hey, sorry. I agree, i'm cool with a re-roll or whatnot. Also forbidding things like this in the future.
It was cheap, sorry lol.

Re: Rules on aim/skype/outside chat logs in-game
Yeah, re-rolling now would pretty much make everything that has happened be null and moot, and it'll be back to square 1.
Edit: Oh, or did you mean re-roll the concept of the game and start from scratch with previous players?
