Actually I have a question:

Is vROFL being handed out at the end of the round or at the end of the tourney with everything else? Because if it's handed out at the end of the round, it could make for some good stamina practice (lolpractice), while at the same time, if someone cheats, you just gave them vROFL.

previous tournaments it was handed after the tournament ended.
