Re: QUESTION. How far should a noob be after a week?
Well... I've been playing for about a month, I have plenty of AA's, but no AAA's. By a month, you should be regularly doing tricky and difficult levels. That's about where I am personally.

Re: QUESTION. How far should a noob be after a week?
You're better than me far as the AAAing goes. But full combos, I have a lot more. You're pretty good for someone who just started.
I have 2 AAA's on probably the sorriest (however spelled) songs in the game and I have 75 Full Combos.

I thought it was just me being self-concious, but other people have a hard time with the left hand too? >>

Re: QUESTION. How far should a noob be after a week?
I did too. And I kind of still do, just not as much, now that I have 180 FCs. Except the sad part is (and this is sad), Trip to the Moon was about my 20th AAA or something I think, and I didn't sightread AAA Free Space. I didn't even sightread BF it. I almost cried. Well, not really, but it was that bad.

A lot of people have disabilities with the left hand when it comes to trills. Including myself.

Re: QUESTION. How far should a noob be after a week?
My first AAA was a week ago, when I was playing Excite Bike for fun.
I didn't really know what an AAA was until I got all perfects :P Though I think you're doing great so far, What I did was focus on one genre for about 3 weeks and play all the songs in order. (My genre I chose was rock). It helped me alot.
