When i play MP in the Velocity engine my numpad keys don't work propely.

There are a lot of inconsistencies like that. It's easy to fix, just takes some effort to do so.

fixed upper case issue of behanjc, these issue are not intentional at all.

Not sure if this is posted before but

Basically sometimes when I play a song, the visual settings/noteskins automatically changes by itself.

This is my default settings

Could it have been a key I pressed accidently?

And since I'm already asking, may I know what is the "Use low difficulties" setting?

The low difficulties setting makes you see the songs in a 1-20 difficulty scale instead of the 1-100 difficulty scale.
